Exceptionally clean!! Very friendly and helpful front desk. Lots of nearby restaurants. Comfortable and spacious rooms with conveniences such as coffee maker, fridge, table for working/eating etc. Also really appreciated the thoughtful range of lighting options (windows with blackout and light dimming shades, bright overhead light, multiple lamps, focused work light over table which really helped when do some work on the computer)—this is very unusual for hotel/motel rooms. Didn’t use the facilites due to time constraints but they had a nice pool and hot tub plus a nice area in front with chairs. Very well kept up place.

My family and I stayed in the Pinkham house. To say it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. It had everything we needed down to coffee, cream and sugar, spices, and every single kitchen utensil you could need! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was a bonus! We grilled our dinner outside and played corn hole while it cooked. The front desk associate was so accommodating! Added bonus, it was only 20 mins to Santa’s village! I can’t wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay on our halfway point, traveling through the US from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Gorham is extremely scenic being surrounded by mountains. It was a beautiful spot to stay for a night. Don't think we'd stay longer than that, but it was a perfect stopping spot.

The rooms were great - beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. There was a fridge as well as coffee facilities inside the room as well. The bathrooms were very clean as well, with all facilities available including a hairdryer. The location was great - only 15 minutes away from Mount Washington and we were given a discount by the lovely staff who were working there!

Cute roadside motel that plays music out of a loud speaker in the parking lot, making it feel a bit fancy. I had booked the ADA by accident, which is around the back and on the street but they kindly moved me to a better room. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to good breakfast and dinner!
