Friendly staff at check in. Room clean and comfortable. Outside there was a pool and hot tub and a communal area where you could use the loungers and there was a big bbq to use. Sadly our weather wasn't great so we didn't get a chance to use these. The staff were out there early in the morning keeping the area clean and tidy. It was raining for some of our stay and although it was 40 minutes drive we found quite a bit to do in the Conway area- shops and restaurants and outlet shopping. I am sure this area is busy with skiers in the season so more to do.

From the moment we arrived, we were happy. The receptionist was waiting for us, the last to check in for the evening. She was so friendly and nice. We travel with two small dogs. The dog walk area was clean and bags were provided. There was nice music playing at the right sound level for the "pavilion" area (close to office) That was a really nice touch. Chairs, grills, cornhole boards made for a welcoming visit. The room was exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. The water was instantly warm/hot. The showerhead was high so no bending necessary for taller guests. The guests were friendly. It was a great visit! I wish we planned for a longer stay!

It was in town so easy to walk to white mountain cafe for breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and my room was reasonably quiet. The staff were lovely. Views from my room 😍

The aesthetic is fresh not dated. The staff is welcoming. The cleanness and the bedding sheet is exceptional for the value. With tub, laundry room, good size fridge and microwave in room are great additions along with great restaurant options around.

This is our second time staying here in just the past week or so. Great location for White Mountain hikes, and close to some good restaurants. Last time we were in a standard 2Q room, this time we were in a K room. The K rooms are bigger, newer, and nicer hence cost a little more.

Location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable and nearby to a couple of ski centers and amenities such as restaurants and grocery stores. When departing, a nice gentleman helped to clear the snow in front of our car, thank you!

Location was great for the hiking we planned to do the next day. Very close to restaurants for dinner. Room was very clean and comfortable. They had outside grills to use as well as a firepit and cornhole which was night. They also had a hot tub we will use next time.

Exceptionally clean!! Very friendly and helpful front desk. Lots of nearby restaurants. Comfortable and spacious rooms with conveniences such as coffee maker, fridge, table for working/eating etc. Also really appreciated the thoughtful range of lighting options (windows with blackout and light dimming shades, bright overhead light, multiple lamps, focused work light over table which really helped when do some work on the computer)—this is very unusual for hotel/motel rooms. Didn’t use the facilites due to time constraints but they had a nice pool and hot tub plus a nice area in front with chairs. Very well kept up place.

Everything clean and very well maintained. Liked the privacy blinds and blockout blinds. Tissues and coffee provided. Fridge but no freezer. J’s is next door for an easy dinner.

I’ve stayed in Gorham many times, but this was my first at the top notch ….Gorham is a great location for fun activities within an hour of many different attractions. Property was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were spotless. The room was very clean and the parking was a breeze. I will definitely be back next summer!
